I just wish I knew where to start. I know I need to take better care of myself and I really want to but I don’t even know what to do.
I need to set a goal to help myself but then things get hectic at work and people are calling me for help and I don’t take the time to do what I need to for me. I am stressed and overwhelmed and tired. I want to feel better but I worry if I am not working enough and I worry about not being there for the kids. I cannot tell anyone all the things that bother me because I have to keep it together and look good for others. I have to try to figure out what they need how I can help but I know that isn’t my responsibility yet I feel like it is.
